Cosmetic Essence Appoints New Vice President, Supply Chain

Cosmetic Essence (CEI), a leading provider of contract manufacturing and supply chain management services to the beauty care, personal care and household products industries, announced that Jack Godowski has joined the organization as vice president, supply chain and will manage the global supply chain planning process, including management of all departments involved in customer service, forecasting, materials planning and procurement of inventory to maintain budgeted inventory turns and fill rates for domestic and international markets. Prior to joining CEI, Godowski served as Vice President of Supply Chain for Berry Plastics Corporation (formally Captive Plastics Inc.), a national producer of rigid plastic packaging servicing the food and spirits, health care, personal care, and household chemicals markets. There, he served in many leadership roles overseeing supply chain management, multi-site alignment, ERP systems support and industrial engineering. Godowski earned a BS degree in industrial engineering at Rutgers University in Piscataway, New Jersey.
